Apartment 1 is a self-contained accommodation suite on the first floor of the villa. It has a single very large bedroom, a dining room, kitchen and en-suite bathroom and is therefore perfect for a couple or a small family to enjoy a relaxing (or action-packed!) Italian holiday.

The apartment sleeps up to four guests and the spacious and comfortable bedroom has a king-size bed and two single beds.

This room has a balcony with beautiful views towards the Maiella mountains and the ski resort of Passo Lanciano. Guests can sit out on this balcony in the sunshine with a glass of wine, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and soak in the atmosphere and the picturesque scenery.

The apartment also has a modern, spacious and stylishly furnished bathroom which is en-suite to the bedroom.

The apartment has its own kitchen, which is well-sized, modern and fully-equipped. It has an oven, hob and large fridge/freezer plus a characterful fireplace and plenty of storage. It has everything you need to create either a gourmet Italian banquet or a quick salad. (Or you can ask Simon and Monica for advice on the best local restaurants!)

The apartment also has a second balcony that leads out from the living/dining room. This has a barbecue and seating, so that you can have a private meal outside.

Apartment guests can wander around the large garden, olive grove and vineyard. You will probably prefer spending as much time as possible out in the sunshine enjoying the views, so apartment guests can cook on the barbecue and dine 'al fresco'.

Towels and linen are supplied and included in the price and the property is cleaned once a week.
