We offer a variety of options for bed and breakfast accommodation suitable for either couples or families. We can also cater very well for groups who book multiple rooms, as there is plenty of communal living space for group meals and get-togethers.

All bed and breakfast guests can take advantage of the large dining room, outside barbecue facilities, TV and DVD lounge, and large gardens, or wander around the olive grove and vineyard enjoying the views and soaking up the Italian sun.

All of our bed and breakfast rooms are spacious and modern, and your friendly hosts, Simon and Monica, will be on hand to advise on the best beaches, the most suitable places to visit, which local restaurants to eat at and on the extensive list of possibilities for activities.

Guests can choose from 'healthy' style breakfasts of yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice, or go for a traditional option of croissants, jams, pastries and Italian coffee! Whatever your choice, it will set you up for a hard day's sport, nature-watching, sightseeing or relaxing!

The bed and breakfast rooms and suite are named after the main features of the area, the Maiella mountain range, the Gran Sasso mountain range, and the vibrantly coloured poppies that cover the fields for weeks every Spring!

The Gran Sasso Suite comprises two large bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and can accommodate an extra single bed. This suite would thus be suitable, either for two couples, a small group or for a family. This accommodation is in its own private area of the villa on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony with panoramic views of mountains, olive groves and orchards, and all rooms are modern, comfortable and very stylishly furnished.

The Maiella Room sleeps 2/4 and comprises a large bedroom and a very spacious en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed and two extra single beds. This suite would thus be suitable, either for a couple or for a family. This accommodation is in its own private area of the villa on the first floor. The bedroom has its own balcony with panoramic views of mountains, olive groves and orchards, and both bedroom and bathroom are modern, comfortable and very stylishly furnished.

This room is so named because in Spring the fields of bright red poppies are a spectacular sight! The room is decorated with our selection of poppy art works, which were custom designed for us by a local photographer and artist.

The Poppy Room is on the ground floor and therefore has easy access to the communal living areas and to the large garden.

The room has a very spacious and beautifully designed en-suite bathroom. It has a double bed and wardrobe and has a lovely light and modern feel to the décor.
